At Oh My Dog, we want you and your canine companion to love your new look. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they stay clean and protected.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange size within 5-7 business days.
